Erin Cusack

Erin began her career in 2011 after completing a three year floristry apprenticeship which included hands-on training in fast-paced retail settings.

After moving to Ocean Grove in 2018 and focusing solely on weddings and events, Erin has built an impressive reputation along the Bellarine, working alongside many incredible venues in the industry.

As head florist, Erin's main role is interacting with clients to bring their wedding day dreams to life with her creative flower artistry and dedication to her craft.

Erin's favourite flowers are Cosmos, Delphinium and Hellebores.

Alannah Durham

Alannah joined the Florette team in 2022 as a junior florist, undergoing intensive and practical hands-on training in the industry has helped her creative and technical skills to grow.

When she isn't in the studio working on arrangements, you'll find her setting up ceremony and reception spaces or behind the camera shooting content.

Alannah loves spring weddings and her favourite flowers are Lisianthus, Hydrangeas and Tulips.
